Planning that fits your town.
Three focus areas, built around the places that shape a town’s economy and character.
Municipal Land Use Planning
Practical guidance on how land is used today, how it could be used, and how growth should happen. We help your town set a clear land use direction and decide what its rules should accomplish, grounded in community goals and local realities.
Place-Based Economic Development
Strategies that build on what makes your town distinct, from local businesses to unique assets and untapped opportunities. We help communities strengthen their local economy with clear priorities, realistic timelines, and a path to funding.
